Master/Primary Suite
The spacious master suite with a queen bed features direct access to the lanai, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves. The bedroom is separated from the living room by shoji screens, allowing you to open up the entire area to enhance your space and get a full view of the ocean and coast.
It also includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience.
Guest Bedroom
The inviting guest room has a comfortable queen bed, perfect for family or friends. This room also includes a dedicated office space. The guest bathroom is located off the hallway for guest use.
Air Conditioning
During the summer months, having air conditioning on the Big Island makes a big difference, particularly if you aren’t used to the humidity. Even moderate temperatures can feel heavy and uncomfortable, especially at night.
In the primary bedroom, we use a mini-split A/C system chosen with the environment in mind. Mini-splits are far more energy-efficient than the portable A/C units found in many condos. They use less electricity while still cooling the space effectively. Because electricity in Hawaiʻi is costly and resource-intensive, this system helps reduce overall energy demand. It allows guests to stay comfortable while minimizing environmental impact and avoiding unnecessary energy use.
Our smaller guest bedroom has a portable A/C unit and there are ceiling fans throughout all the main living areas. The condo’s prime oceanfront location also allows for a refreshing cross breeze to flow through the unit.
Please note that the unit is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs. No smoking is permitted in or outside the unit.
